Copyright, Trademarks and Ownership

All designs are the copyright of their respective owners and VectorGUI does NOT own nor claim the rights to them. VectorGUI provides the vector format of these designs, for their lawful use only.

Product logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Crediting the Author

Use of the artwork available on VectorGUI is FREE . You are only asked to credit VectorGUI for the use of the vector form of the artwork.

1. Printed media - by placing the text: “Vector format of [product name here] courtesy of www.VectorGUI.com” .

2. Online use - by placing the text “Vector format of [product name here] courtesy of www.VectorGUI.com” and linking the url to VectorGUI website.

3. Electronic presentation - by placing the text “Vector format of [product name here] courtesy of www.VectorGUI.com” and linking the url to VectorGUI website (the link is required only in case of the media allowing the access to internet). This includes PDF files, Flash presentations, etc.

4. Other media - by placing the text “Vector format of [product name here] courtesy of www.VectorGUI.com” in a form suitable for this particular medium.

5. Online redistribution - you can place the artwork on your web site and make it available for download, but you have to credit the author by describing that the artwork was created by VectorGUI and placing the link to the VectorGUI web site.
You cannot put a hotlink to download the file(s) directly from VectorGUI server - you should either upload the artwork onto your own server or link to VectorGUI web site or page (not the artwork file).

Use of the Artwork

All the materials are provided as-is.
VectorGUI offers no warranty, explicit or implied, regarding any materials.
VectorGUI does not hold any responsibility for the use of the materials.

You cannot use the artwork for any purpose that might be considered as defamatory to the product owner.
You cannot use the artwork for obscene, pornographic or other illegal purposes.
You cannot sell the artwork in any form (online, CD/DVD distribution, etc).

All materials downloaded from VectorGUI web site can be used for promotional, informational and advertising purposes, with the appropriate permission from the copyright and/or trademark holders only.

Downloading the artwork from VectorGUI web site does not give you permission or authorization to use the copyrighted and/or trademarked materials without the specific consent of the copyright and/or trademark holder.

Prior to using, reproducing or distributing - in any manner - any material downloaded from VectorGUI web site, you must first receive the permission of the copyright and/or trademark holder of that product. Failure to obtain such permission is a violation under international law.
